I honestly hate to leave a review that isn't the best because I've been here numerous times and always left very happy but I had an experience the other night that turned awful. I came in for a balayage with Kim to lighten my hair and I left with the most damaged hair I've ever had in my life. I still spent the nearly $250 for it and even tipped her well because I for whatever reason didn't have it in my heart to express my sadness with how the quality of my hair turned out. It wasn't the lightening that damaged my hair so much. To do the balayage she teased the top portion of my hair which was healthy and then lightened the remainder. I have pretty fine hair that needs to be treated delicately and after the wash when it came time to comb my hair out she had a very difficult time in doing that because it had been teased. Rather than brushing from the ends she was vigorously, and I mean vigorously, brushing large amounts of my tangled hair from the root to the end with a flat brush. It did not feel good, it was painful and I could see all the hair that she was pulling out and the pieces that were breaking off because of it. I was embarrassed sitting there while she was doing it next to another hairstylist and her client. I believe she was late for her next appointment which is why she was being so rough and I understand it's not a good feeling to run late on a client but I was the current client getting my hair ripped out and destroyed. I've never had that technique done on my hair to lighten it and I had a feeling things were going to turn sour when it came time to brushing it out. I lost so much of my hair and all of it has damage, from the roots to the ends. I honestly feel so sad that my hair was treated that way by a professional. I can't understand why that technique would be used on such fine hair, I've had my hair lightened so many times in my life, there are other ways to do it. I just wanted to express my complete disappointment. Now I have the long journey of getting my hair healthy again and free from breakage that I spent so very long trying to grow out and keep healthy.

They take the Corona Virus VERY seriously. You wait in your car until they can sanitize in-between clients. I saw a woman come out and sanitize the outside door handle. A few minutes later a person came out and said I can come in. I walked in and she asked that I wash my hands in the ladies room - done. Then I walked in and she did a temperature check on me. Then she asked me a few health questions and then I was all set to get my hair done. I have NO problem with going through those steps. This is my first time getting my hair done since this pandemic started. I was wearing a neck gator and they gave me a regular mask so she could do my hair and I could still wear a mask. This was my first time in this salon, it was very clean and neat. Kim did a great job on coloring my hair and a great blow dry! Not everyone does a great job when blow drying my wavy hair - she did!

Went in to Eden for the first time today for a pick-me-up facial and am so happy I did! My esthetician was Kelly and she was fantastic, knowledgeable, and if I could give my experience 6 stars I would. Beautiful space, clean and inviting, and I can't wait to come back.

Just went in for the first time! The salon is beautiful with an awesome sitting area with coffee, tea, and infused water right by a cozy fireplace. Kim did a balayage and cut for me and i honestly couldn't be happier with how it came out! I DREAD getting my hair done, I get so anxious, thank you kim for being so good to my hair you made the experience a breeze! I will definitely be back!!
